Agar kisi shakhs ke paas 7.5 tola sona hani 93 gram312  mili gram sona ho to us sone par bhi zakat farz he or uske alawa uske paas sona nahi he sirf chandi hi he to chandi  hone ke liye zaroori he ki 52.5 tola chandi or naya wazan jo he 653 gram 184mili gram itni chandi ho to ab sone par bhi alag zakat he or chandi par bhi alag zakat he.sone ka 40 va hissa or chandi ka bhi 40 va hissa dono ka alag alag hissa zakat ka hoga

Qutube fiqah me ye qayida bataya gaya he ki kisi shakhs ke paas thodi chandi ho, thoda sona ho, to ab un dono ki kimat ko milayege agar un dono ki kimat mil kar 653 gram. 184 miligram chandi ki kimat ko pahoch jae to yakinan us sone chandi ki kimat par zakat farz hogi..
Ab un dono ki kimat ko mila kar zakat ada karege.
Jaise ki saman lijiye 1 shakhs ke paas 10000 ka sona he or usi shakhs ke paas 14000 ki chandi he to ab 10000 ka sona or 14000 ki chandi ko milate he to un dono ki kimat milkar 24000 ho jati he. Or 24000 ye bazar bhav me 653 gram chandi ki kimat ko pahuch jati he to in dono ki kimat par zakat farz hogi,yahi qaida he.
Or agar kisi ke paas sona nahi he balki uske paas chandi he or kuchh rokde paise he. To un rokde paise or chandi ki kimat dono ko milayege. Or in dono ko milakar dekhege ki kya 653 gram chandi ki kimat ko pahuch jate he.
Yani Agar 24000 rupe tak pahuch jate he to ab bhi zakat faz hogi.
Jaise ki kisi shakhs ke paas 10000 rokde paise he or usi ke paas 14000 ko chandi he to un dono ko milayege
Un dono ko milane se 24000 ki rakam ho jaegi to ab us chandi or rokde ko mila kar jitni bhi rakam hogi uske 40 ve hisse par zakat farz hogi usi tarike se agar kisi shakhs ke paas chandi nahi sirf thoda sa sona he, 7.5 tola sona nahi he. To yakeenan us sone par zakat farz nahi q ki tanha sirf sona hi ho to tanha sone ka jo nisab be vo 7.5 tola he lekin agar kisi shakhs ke paas thoda sona he or thode se paise bhi he to ab un dono ko milayege. To un dono ki kimat mila kar bazar bhav me 653 gram chandi ki kimat ho jaegi to ab us thode se sone par or thode paise par zakat bhi zakat farz hogi

عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ أَنَّ أُمَّ الْفَضْلِ بِنْتَ الْحَارِثِ بَعَثَتْهُ إِلَى مُعَاوِيَةَ بِالشَّامِ.
قَالَ: فَقَدِمْتُ الشَّامَ فَقَضَيْتُ حَاجَتَهَا وَاسْتُهِلَّ عَلَيَّ رَمَضَانُ وَأَنَا بِالشَّام،ِ فَرَأَيْتُ الْهِلَالَ لَيْلَةَ الْجُمُعَةِ.
ثُمَّ قَدِمْتُ الْمَدِينَةَ فِي آخِرِ الشَّهْرِ، فَسَأَلَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا. ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ الْهِلَالَ فَقَالَ: مَتَى رَأَيْتُمْ الْهِلَالَ؟ فَقُلْتُ: رَأَيْنَاهُ لَيْلَةَ الْجُمُعَة. فَقَال:َ أَنْتَ رَأَيْتَهُ ؟ فَقُلْتُ: نَعَمْ، وَرَآهُ النَّاسُ، وَصَامُوا وَصَامَ مُعَاوِيَةُ.
فَقَالَ: لَكِنَّا رَأَيْنَاهُ لَيْلَةَ السَّبْتِ، فَلَا نَزَالُ نَصُومُ حَتَّى نُكْمِلَ ثَلَاثِينَ أَوْ نَرَاهُ. فَقُلْتُ: أَوَ لَا تَكْتَفِي بِرُؤْيَةِ مُعَاوِيَةَ وَصِيَامِهِ ؟
فَقَالَ : لَا، هَكَذَا أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
Yani Hazrate Kuraib (Tabai) ko Ummul Fazal binte Haris ne ek kaam se hazrate Ameere Muawiya Ke paas Mulke Sham bheja (ye hazrate ameer muawiya ke zamana e khilafat ka waqeaa he).
Hazrate Kuraib Vaha gaye kaam kiya, usi dauran vaha ramzan ka chand nazar aa gaya. Farmate he : jumaa ki raat ( 29 Shaban ko) mai ne chand dekha.
Fir mahine (yaani ramzan) ke aakhir me mai madina shareef wapas aaya.
Hazrate abdullah bin Abbas radiallahu anhu  se ramzan ke naye chand ka tazkara huva to unhone puchha:
Tum Logo ne vaha chand kab dekha ?
Mai ne kaha : ham ne jum'ae ki raat use dekha.
Abdullah bin abbas ne puchha : tumne khud dekha ?
Kuraib me jawav diya:ha mai ne khud dekha. Logo ne bhi dwkha, or jumaa ko tamam logo or khalifa e waqt hazrat Ameere muawiya ne bhi roza rakha. Is par hazrate abullah bin abbas ne farmaya: lekin ,ham ne sanichar ki raat chand dekha tab se ham roza rakh rahe he. Ab ham (sanichar ke aetbar se) ya to tees roze pure karege ya (29 hi ko) chand dekh lege.
Mai ne arz ki:
Kya (Hakime islam) ameere muawiya ka chand dekhna or (jumaa hi ko) roza rakhna aap ke liye kaafi nahi ??
Hazrate abdullah bin abbas ne farmaya: nahi.
Allah ke rasool sallallahu alaihi w sallam ne hame isi ka hukm diya he

1088- عن أبي البختري قال خرجنا للعمرة، فلما نزلنا ببطن نخلة، قال: تراءينا الهلال. فقال بعض القوم: هو ابن ثلاث. وقال بعض القوم: هو ابن ليلتين. قال: فلقينا ابن عباس ، فقلنا : إنا رأينا الهلال فقال بعض القوم هو ابن ثلاث وقال بعض القوم هو ابن ليلتين فقال : أي ليلة رأيتموه ؟ قال : فقلنا : ليلة كذا وكذا. فقال : إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: إن الله مده للرؤية فهو لليلة رأيتموہ.
Abul bakhtari bayan karte he, ham umre ke liye nikle jab ham "batane nukhla" pahoche to ham ne chand dekhne ki koshis ki. Kuchh logo ne chand dekh kar kaha: ye 3 din ka he kuchh ne kaha ye 2 din ka he.
Fir hamari mulaqat hazrate abdullah bin Abbas radiallahu anhuma se hui, ham ne arz ki: hamne chand dekha to koi use 3 din ka kah raha tha or koi use 2 din ka kah raha tha. Hazrate ibne abbas ne puchha : tum ne kis din dekha ?
Ham ne kaha: fala din dekha.
To aap ne farmaya:
Allah ke Rasool sallallahu alaihi w sallam ne farmaya he ki Allab ne rooyat ke liye use mota kar diya he. Vo usi din ka he jis din tumne dekha he.
