Hazrat Mera Sawal yeh hai ki Imam ko Muqtadiyo se kitna aage khada hona chaiye

Imamat ke liye
Hamare yaha mumbai sakinaka me sunni masjid hai Usme IMAM Sirf 5 Angool Hi aage khada hota hai

Toh kya muqtadiyo ki namaz ho jati hai. Ya phir namaz fasid ho jati hai ??
Imam ko kam se kam kitna aage muqtadiyo se khada hona hoga ??

Jab do se zyada muqtadi ho, tab imam or Muqtadio ke darmiyan kam se kam ek saf( andajeet 4 feet)  ka fasla hona chahiye imam ka saf se kuchh hi aage khada hona ki saf ki miqdar ki jagah na chhute, ye najaiz or gunah he namaz makroohe tahrimi wajebul ae'aada hogi.

Aurto Ko Masjid Me Jakar Namaz padhna kesa ? Shariyat ka kya hukm he or kyu nahi ja sakti ?

Raat Ho ya din, Aurat jawan ho ya burhi, juma ho ya eid ya jama'ate PanjGana Aurto ko Masjid Jana Mutlaqan mana'a he. Hamare mashaikh ne mumane'at ki wajah ye batai he ki unke nikalne me fitne ka andesha he, or ye haram ka sabab he, or jo haram tak le jane wala ho vo haram he. Khusoosan is zamane me is liye ki ab logo me kharabi or barai aam ho gai he.

Sahih bukhari w sahih muslim w sunan abi dawood me ummul Mua'mineen Hazrate Siddiqa RadiAllahu Ta'ala Anha ka irshad apne zamana me tha:
لو ادرک رسول اﷲ صلی اﷲ تعالٰی علہ وسلم مااحدث النساء لمنعھن المسجد کما منعت نساء نبی اسرائیل.

Agar nabi Sallallahu alaihi w sallam mulaheza farmate jo bate aurto ne ab paida ki he to zaroor unhe masjid se mana'a na farma dete jese bani israil ki aurte mana'a kar di gai.

Fir Tabe'in hi ke zamane se a'imma ne mumane'at shuru'a farmadi, pahle jawan aurto ko fir burhi ko bhi, pahle din me fir raat ko bhi, yaha tak ki hukm mumane'at aam ho gaya, kya us zamane ki aurte garbe waliyo ki tarah gaane nachne waliya ya fahisha dalala thi ab salihat he ya jab fahishat zaaid thi ab salihat zyada he ya jab fuyoozo barkaat na the ab he ya jab kam the ab zaaid he, hasha balki qat'an yaqeenan ab muamla bil aks he. Ab agar ek saliha he to jab hazar thi, jab agar ek fasiqa thi ab hazar he, ab agar ek hissa faiz he jab hazar hisse the, RasoolAllah ﷺ farmate he,
لا یأتی عام الاوالذی بعدہ شرمنہ
Jo Saal Bhi Aaye us ke baad wala ussee bura hoga

Balki anaya akmaluddin babarti me he ki Ameerul Mua'mineen Farooqe Aazam RadiAllahu Ta'ala Anhu ne aurto ko masjid se mana'a farmaya, vo ummul Mua'mineen hazrate Siddiqa RadiAllahu Anha ke paas shikayat le gaye, farmaya: Agar zamana e aqdas me halat ye hoti huzur aurto ko masjid me aane ki ijazat na dete.
حیث قال ولقد نہی عمر رضی اﷲ تعالٰی عنہ النساء عن الخروج الی المساجد فشکون الٰی عائشۃ رضی اﷲ تعالٰی عنہا فقالت لو علم البنی صلی اﷲ تعالٰی علیہ وسلم ماعلم عمرمااذن لکن فی الخروج  ۔
Vo farmate he: hazrat Umar RadiAllahu Anhu ne aurto ko masjid jane se rok diya, vo hazrate aaysha Siddiqa RadiAllahu Ta'ala Anha ke paas shikayat le kar gaye, unhone farmaya: agar nabi Sallallahu alaihi w sallam ye dekhte jo hazrat umar ne dekha to vo bhi masjid jane ki ijazat na dete.

قال صاحب الہدایۃ یکرہ لھن حضور الجماعات وقالت (عہ) الشراح یعنی الشواب منھن و قولہ الجماعات یتناول الجمع والاعیاد والکسوف والاستسقاء وعن الشافعی یباح لھن الخروج قال اصحابنالان فی خروجھن خوف الفتنۃ وھو سبب للحرام ومایفضی الی الحرام فھو حرام فعلی ھذا قولھم یکرہ مرادھم یحرم لاسیما فی ھذا الزمان الشیوع الفساد فی اھلہ ۲؎ ۔
Sahibe Hidaya ne farmaya: aurto ke Liye jama'ato ki hazri makrooh he. Ba'az shariheen ne kaha yaani jawan aurto ke liye or 'jama'ato' ka lafz juma'a, eidain, kusoof, istasqa'a sabhi ko shamil he, or imam shafaee se riwayat he ki unke liye jane ki ijazat he. Hamare mashaikh ne mumane'at ki wajah ye batai he ki unke nikalne me fitne ka andesha he, or ye haram ka sabab he, or jo haram tak le jane wala ho vo haram he. Khusoosan is zamane me is liye ki ab logo me kharabi or barai aam ho gai he.

Fir Usi safha par Abdullah bin umar RadiAllahu Anhuma ka jumaa ke din aurto ko kankariya maar kar masjid se nikalna or imam ajal ibrahim nakh'ee tabaee ka Apne yaha ki mastooraat ko jumaa w jama'at me na jane dena zikr kiya.

Sahihain me Hazrat atya RadiAllahu anhuma se he,
نھینا عن اتباع الجنائز ولم یعزم علینا
Hame Janazo ke pichhe jane se mana'a farmaya gaya magar qata'ee mumane'at na thi.

Isi par gunya ki is ibarat me farmaya ke ye us waqt tha jab hazri masjid unhe jaiz thi ab haram qata'ee mamnoo'a he.

Hazrat abdullah bin Masood RadiAllahu Anhu se riwayat he ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya ki aurto ki namaz kothri me beroni kamrah ki namaz se bahetar he, or kothri ke andar ki namaz kothri ki namaz se bahetar he.

Mor ke par barkat par nahi he ki unki ta'azeem ki jaae, ye galat tariqa galat riwaj he lihaza mor ke pankh Qura'an me na rakhe jaye ye be adbi he, Or jaiz nahi haañ mazarat par unke paro se mazarat ki safai ki jaye to koi harj nahi.

15vi Shab ya chand raat me sohbat karna kesa ? Isi tarah se itwar(sunday) or budh(Wednesday) ko sohbat karna kesa ?

15ve chand ya chand raat ko sohbat karne me koi sharai mumane'at nahi he. Ki is tarah ki jo baate he vo zanni he koi yaqini nahi  Agar kisine in dino me biwi se sohbat kar bhi li to koi sharai hukm nahi ki haram ya najaiz ya gunah jesa koi hukm nahi. Albatta parhez kare to bahetar kyu ki ek riwayat me he,

Hazrat imam Muhammad gazali naql farmate he ki Hazrate Ali or hazrate Abu Huraira or hazrate amire muawya RadiAllahu Anhum ne riwayat kiya he ki, chand raat, or chand ki pandrvi(15) shab or chand ke mahine ki aakhri Raat sohbat karna makrooh he ki in raato me sohbat karne ke waqt shaitan maujud hote he.

Or Tahqiq yahi he ki in raato me sohbat jaiz he lekin Ahtiyat isi me he ki sohbat karne se bache

▶Or Biwi Se hambistari karte waqt Huzur Sallallahu alaihi w sallam Ne ek dua bhi ata farmai he.

"Bismillahi Allahumma jannib nash shaitana wa janne bish shaitana ma rajak tana."

Tarjuma: "Allah ke nam se, Ae Allah door kar humse shaitan mardud ko aur door kar shaitan mardud ko us Aulad se jo tu hume ata karega"

Jo sohbat ki dua padhkr sohbat krega us hamal se,
Jo bachcha paida hoga In shaa allah shaitan usko kabhi nuqsan na pahuncha payega.

To Agar koi ye dua padhkar in raato me bhi sohbat karta he to insha'Allah shaytan se mahefooz rahega.

Gair Muslim Jo unki pooja se ya mandir me pesh ki hui mithai ya kuchh bhi khane ka de to use nahi lena chahiye, bahetar yahi he ki isse parhez kare. Or us murti ke charhave ko jise vo log prasad kahte he, use tabarruk samaj kar lene ya khane wale par taubah or tajdeede iman w tajdeede nikah lazim he.

Murtiyo ka charhava na prashad he, na use prashad samajhna jaiz, na prashad samajh kar khana jaiz, balki jo use parshad samajhe yaani use tabarruk jaane us par taubah or tajdeede iman or agar biwi rakhta ho to tajdeede nikah bhi lazim. Haañ bagair prashad samjhe 'Maale moozi naseeb gaazi' samajh kar lene me harj nahi lekin un ki pooja ke din na le.

 Lafaz e *fatwa giri aur mulla giri* kehna nahi chahiyye. Agar isney ulamaa ki tauheen ki niyyat se nahi kaha tab bhi taubah karey ke isme uslama aur ShariAt see bezari ka izhar hai. Aur agar tauheen  ki niyyat se kaha to taubah ke sath tajdeed e eeman bhi karey.
