Dudh pite ladke ladki ka peshab najasate galiza he. Yah jo awam me mash'hoor he ki doodh pite bachche ka peshab paak he bilkul galat he.

Isi tarah dudh pine wale bachche ne dudh daal diya agar bhar muh he to najasate galiza he.

Najasate Galiza ka hukm ye he ki agar kapde ya badan me ek dirham se zyada lag jaae to uska paak karna farz he agar be paak kiye namaz padh li to hogi hi nahi or agar jaan bujkar padhi to gunah bhi huaa or agar istikhfaf(halka samajna) ki niyat se he to kufr he. Or agar dirham ke barabar he to paak karna wajib he agar be paak kiye namaz padhi to makruhe tahrimi hui yani aesi namaz ka lautana wajib he or jaan buj kar padhi to gunahgaar bhi huaa agar dirham se kam he to paak karna sunnat he ki be paak kiye namaz ho gai magar sunnat ke khilaf he or uska lautana bahetar he.

Bida’ath ki teen (3) qisme hai

1) Bida’athe Hasna

2) Bida’athe Sayyia

3) Bida’athe Mubah


1) Bida’athe Hasna: woh Bida’ath hai jo Quraan wa Hadees ke wasool wa qawaid ke mutabiq ho aur unhi par qiyaas kiya gaya ho uski do (2) qisme hai.

1) Bida’athe Wajiba jaise Quraan wa Hadees samajhne ke liye ilme nahaw ka seekhna aur gumrah firke maslan Khaarji, Raafzee, Qaadiyani aur Wahabi wagaira par rad ke liye dalaayil qayam karna.

2) Bida’athe Mustahaba jaise madrason ki tamer aur har woh nek kaam jiska rawaaj ibtidaye

zamane me nahi tha jaise azaan ke baad salaat pukarna, durre muqtaar babul azaan me hai ki azaan ke baad Assalatu Wasallamu Alaika Ya Rasoolallah(Sallallahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wasallam) pukarna, mahe Rabbiul Aaqar sun 781 Hijri me jaari huwa aur ye Bida’athe Hasna hai.


2) Bida’athe Sayyia: woh Bida’ath hai jo Quraan wa Hadees ke usool wa qawaid ke muqalif ho (Ashia Tullamaath Jild awwal safa 125) uski do (2) qisme hai.


1) Bida’athe Muharrama jaise Hindustan ki mukhwajaa taaziyaadari (Fatawa Azeeziya Risala Taaziyaadari Aala Hazrath) aur jaise ahle sunnat wa jamath ke khilaf naye aqeeda waalon ke mazaahib (Ashia Tullamaath Jild awwal safa 125)


2) Bida’athe Makruha jaise Juma wa Eidein ka khutbaa gaire arbi me padhna.

Agar shak ki soorat mein ek jaanib ghalib gumaan ho to isi par amal kare ya’ni ghalib gumaan ye hai ki ek sajda kiya hai to ek aur kare aur ghalib gumaan ye hai ki 2 sajde kar liye hain to mazeed sajda karne ki zarurat nahin namaz puri kare, is soorat mein is par sajda e sahw bhi nahin hai.
