Imame Aazam Abu Hanifa ki kitab "al-Aasar" Me he,
”محمد قال اخبرنا ابوحنیفة رحمہ اللہ عن الہیثم عن ابن عمر  انہ کان یقبض علی اللحیة ثم یقص ما تحت القبضة قال محمد: وبہ ناخذ وہو قول ابی حنیفة رحمہ اللہ“۔

*TARJAMA:-* "Mazhabe mukhtar ye he ki dadhi ko bilkul chhod diya jaae na use katra jaae or na munda jaae."

Fiqhe hambali  ki mu'atabar kitab  ”کشاف القناع شرح متن الاقناع“ ج:۱‘ ص:۶۰ me mazkoor he.
”واعفاء اللحیة ) بان لایاخذ منہا شیأ مالم یستہجن طولہا ویحرم حلقہا ولایکرہ اخذ ما زاد علی القبضة“
*TARJAMA:-* "Or huzur ki sunnat dadhi ko chhod dena is tarah ki usme se kuchh bhi na tarashe jab tak ki vo lambi ho kar badi na lagne lage or uska mundana to bilkul haram he, albatta qabza se zyada hissa ka tarashna makrooh nahi."

Magar ab vo na pade to kya iska kaffara dena hoga ya is mannat ka kaffara nahi hoga, ise pura karna hi hoga, jess namaz roza wagairah ibadaton me hukm he ?

Qurbani ke liye janwar kharida tha qurbani karne se pahle us ka bachcha paida huaa to bachche ko bhi zabah kar dale or agar bachche ko bech dala to us ka saman karde or agar na zabah kiya na bee'a kiya or ayyame nahar guzar gaye to us ko zinda sadqa karde or agar kuchh na kiya or bachcha or uske yaha raha or qurbani ka zamana aa gaya ye chahta he ki is saal ki qurbani me isi ko zabah kare ye nahi kar sakta or agar qurbani usi ki kardi to dusri qurbani fir kare ki vo qurbani nahi hui or vo bachcha zabah kiya huaa sadqa kar de balki zabah se jo kuchh us ki qeemat me kami hui use bhi sadqa kare..

Kya padosi kafir ya gair muslim ko Qurbani ka gosht de sakte he ?

```Gair Muslim kafiro ko Qurbani ka Gosht Dena Jaiz nahi.```

Padosi ki 3 qismen hain (1) muslim rishtedar (2) muslim (3) kafir. inme har 1 ke huquq mukhtalif (alag -alag ) hain۔ agar padosi muslim rishtedar ho to use haq e jawaar, haq e islam or Haqe qurabat hasil hai, aur agar padosi muslim ho rishtedar na ho to us ko haq e jawaar aur haq e islam hasil hai, aur agar padosi kafir ho to us ko sirf haq e jawar hasil hai.

Huzur ﷺ ne farmaya ki padosi 3 qism ke hain baaz ke 3 haq hain baaz ke 2 aur baaz ke ek jo padosi musalim ho aur rishte wala ho to uske 3 haq hain haq e jawar, haq e islam, haq e qurabat, padosi musalim ke 2 haq hain haq e jawar, haq e islam, aur padosi kafir ka ek haq hai, haq e jawar. ham ne arz ki ya rasoolAllah ﷺ unko apni qurbaniyon ka gosht den? , farmaya mushrkeen ko qurbaniyon men se kuch na do.

Lihaza kafir ko qurbani ka gosht dena jayiz nahi khawah woh padosi ho ya na ho. Alahazrat رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ tehrir farmate hain yahan ke kafiron ko gosht dena jaez nahi wo khas musalmano ka haq hai.
