Kya Isha Ki Namaz Main Vitr Main Jo tino Rakat Main Konsi Surat Padhna Hai Sure Fathe Ke Bad Or Fir Allah Hu Akbar Kehne Ke Bad Kya Padhna Hai Hazrat Kya Farmate Hai ?

Witr ki tino rak'ato me mutlaqan kirat farz he or har ek me baade fatiha soorat wajib or bahetar yah he ki pahli me,

سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى (1) الَّذِي خَلَقَ فَسَوَّىٰ (2) وَالَّذِي قَدَّرَ فَهَدَىٰ (3) وَالَّذِي أَخْرَجَ الْمَرْعَىٰ (4) فَجَعَلَهُ غُثَاءً أَحْوَىٰ (5) سَنُقْرِئُكَ فَلَا تَنسَىٰ (6) إِلَّا مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّهُ يَعْلَمُ الْجَهْرَ وَمَا يَخْفَىٰ (7) وَنُيَسِّرُكَ لِلْيُسْرَىٰ (8) فَذَكِّرْ إِن نَّفَعَتِ الذِّكْرَىٰ (9) سَيَذَّكَّرُ مَن يَخْشَىٰ (10)

Ya,

إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ ( 1 ) وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ ( 2 ) لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ ( 3 ) تَنَزَّلُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍ ( 4 ) سَلَامٌ هِيَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ الْفَجْرِ ( 5 )

Dusri raka'at me,
قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ
Or tisri me,
قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَد
Padhe or kabhi kabhi or soorte bhi padh le. Tisri raka'at me kira'at se farig ho kar ruku'a se pahle kano tak hath utha kar Allahu Akbar kahe jese takbire tahrima me kahte he fir hath bandh le or dua e qunut padhe. Dua e qunut ka padhna wajib he.

Assalamualaykum hazrat mera sawal hai ki agar namaz chalu ho or samne se koi guzar jae ya aage betha hua sakhs muktadi ki namaj ki jagah pr paon rkh kar jae to ese me kya namaj ada nahi hogi? Is pr kya sharai hukm lagega rehnumai farmyen...

_Namazi Ke Samne se agar koi guzre to Namaz me koi farq nahi aayega namaz ho jaegi, Lekin Guzarne wala sakht gunahgaar he._

_Jaisa Ki Huzur SadrushShariyah Alahir Rahemato Ridwan Taherir Fatmate He_

Namazi ke aage se balki mauzu e sujud se kisi ka guzarna namaz ko fasid nahi karta, khwaN Guzarne wala mard ho ya aurat, kutta ho ya gadha.

Musalli ke aage se guzarna bahut sakht gunah he. Hadish Shareef me he ki  is me jo kuchh gunah he agar guzarne wala janta to chalis tak khade rahne ko guzarne se bahetar janta, raawi kahte he me nahi janta ki chalis din kahe ya chalis mahine ya chalis baras. Ye Hadish sihahe sitta me abi jaheem RadiAllahu Anhu se marwi hui or bazzar ki riwayat me chalis baras ki tasreeh he.

Or ibne maja ki riwayat abi huraira RadiAllahu Anhu se ye he ki RasoolAllah Sallallahu alaihi w sallam ne farmaya agar koi janta ki apne bhai ke samne namaz me aade ho kar guzarne me kya he ? To so(100) baras khada rahna us ek qadam chalne se bahetar samajta.

Imam malik ne riwayat kiya ki ka'ab ahbar farmate he namazi ke samne guzarne wala agar janta ke is par kya gunah he ? To zameen me dhans jane ko guzarne se bahetar janta.

Assalamualaikum Hazrat Mera Ek Sawal hai Madina Sharif mein masjid-e-quba mein do rakat nafil parne ka sawab ek umra ke barabr he to hazrat hum jo makka sharif me ahram bandh ke umra ki niyat karte he or fir tawaf sahi kar ke sar ke bal katvake umra karte he to dono ek jesa hi huva ya dono me kuch fark hua kiyu ki hamre yaha kuchh log ye kahte he ki aap jo makkah me umra karte ho wo kabul huva ya nahi o pata nahi magar masjide quba me do rakat namaz pari o umrah kabul hi he is liye jab tak madina me ho tab tak rozana masjide quba me do rakat nafil namaz para karo to hazrat is ja jawab tafisil se or hawale ke sath dene ki mahrbani kare

Khayal Rahe ki Hajj w umre ka sawab milna or he inka ada hona kuchh or lihaza is ka matlab ye nahi ke Musalman hajj chhod de sirf ishraq padh liya kare..

Usaid bin Zuhair Ansari Radi Allahu Anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya Masjid Quba mein ek namaz (ada karna) umrah ke barabar hai

Ummat ka is baat par ijma'a he ki tamam rooe zameen par afzal maqamat or buzurg tareen shahro me makka muazzama or madina munawwara he. Ab in do shahro me se kis ko dusre par fazilat or tarjeeh di jaae ? To is me aulma e kiram is baat par muttafiq he ki zameen ka vo khitta or mutabarrak hissa jo rahematallil aalameen huzur Sallallahu alaihi w sallam ke jasade atHar se mas kiye hue he vo na sirf makka mukarrama balki kaaba tulllah se bhi afzal he, arshe azeem se bhi uski shaan bala, aala bartar, arfa'a or intihai buland he.

Ameerul muamineen saiyedna umar farooq or abdullah bin umar radiallahu anhuma or digar sahaba e kiram ki ek jama'at or hazrat malik bin anas or aksar aulmae madeena,, makka mukarrama par madina munawwara ko fazilat dete he,, magar vo shahar madina tayyeba  ko makka mukarrama ke shahar par fazilat dete he albatta kaaba tullah ko mustasna karte he or kaaba muazzama ko sab se afzal karar dete he, lekin ye baat tay shuda he or usi par aulma e mutaqaddeen or muta'akhireen ka ittefaq he ki Qabr e atHar saiyede qainat Sallallahu alaihi w sallam mutlaqan or bil-umoom afzal w akram w arfa'a he khwaN shahare makka mukarrama ho ha kaaba tullah ho ya arshe majeed ho.. Qabre AtHar saat aasmano, arshe majeed or kaaba tullah se afzal he or is me kisi ka bhi ikhtelaf nahi he.

Is par mukammal ittefaq he or iman he ki awwal zaat allah ki he us ke baad koi afzal zaat he to allah ke aakhri nabi Sallallahu alaihi w sallam ki zaat he jo afzalo aala he, baaqi sari chize afzaliyat me kam he, ye sach he ke kaaba tullah shareef ki badi azmat w afzaliyat he or arshe azeem, loho qalam wagairah ki apni apni azmat or fazilat he, iska koi Bhi Musalman inkar nahi kar sakta, agar inkar kare to vo Musalman nahi, lekin pahle allah or fir huzur Sallallahu alaihi w sallam he.

Ye jo bhi mas'ala he vo ahele ilm ka ijmai mas'ala he , wajah iski bilkul zahir he ki aap Sallallahu alaihi w sallam afzalul khalq he, koi Makhlooq bhi aap Sallallahu alaihi w sallam se afzal nahi or ek hadish me he ki aadami jis mitti se paida hota he usi me dafan kiya jata he, lihaza jis paak mitti me aap Sallallahu alaihi w sallam ke jasade atHar ki tadfeen hui usi se aap Sallallahu alaihi w sallam ki takhleeq hui, or jab aap Sallallahu alaihi w sallam afzalul khalq hue to vo Paak mitti bhi tamam makhlooq se afzal hui.

Or ye zameen is liye bhi afzal he ki isko jasade atHar se mas hone ka jo sharf hasil he vo baaqi tamam makhlooqat ko hasil nahi..

Ye baat bilkul wazeh or barhaq he ki sabse pahle Allah Ta'ala fir huzure aqdas Sallallahu alaihi w sallam he magar zere bahas mas'ale me khuda-na-khwasta Allah Ta'ala ke darmiyan taqabul nahi kiya jaa raha, balki aap Sallallahu alaihi w sallam ke darmiyan or dusri Makhlooqat ke darmiyan taqabul he.

*Kaaba ho, arsh ho, kursi ho, ye sab Makhlooq he, or aap Sallallahu alaihi w sallam tamam makhlooq ze afzal he, or qabare mubarak ki jasade atHar se lagi hui mitti is aetbar se ashraf w afzal he ki jasade atHar se ham aagosh hone ki jo Sa'adat use hasil he vo na kaaba ko hasil he, na Arsho Kursi ko.*

Baaqi Mazar Shareef ka baalai hissa is me dakhil nahi  ka'aba muazzama madeena tayyabah se afzal he, ha is me ikhtelaf he ki madina tayybah siwae mauzu'a turbate athar or makka muazzama siwa e ka'aba mukarrama in Dono me kon afzal he, aksar janib sani he or apna maslak awwal or yahi mazhabe farooqe aazam RadiyAllahu ta'ala anhu he,

Madina makka se afzal he

Hadish ki tauheen or uska inkar kufr he, zaid is qaul ki wajah se islam se kharij kafiro murtad ho gaya, us par farz he ki is khabees jumla se taubah kare tajdeede iman kare or agar biwi wala he or us biwi ko rakhna chahta he to tajdeede inkah bhi kare.

Hanfi us waqt dusre mazhab wale ki iqteda kar sakta he jaha uski iqteda jaiz ho lekin agar imam ayse kisi amr ka murtakib ho jo hamare mazhab me naqize wuzu ya mufside namaz ho jaise maa'e must'amal se taharat ya chhaothai sar se kam ka masah ya khon e fasad w reem(peep), Zakhm w qay(wamet) wagairah nejasat e gair sabilaen par wuzu na karna ya qadre dirham se zaaid mani aalood kapde se namaz padhna ya sahibe tarteeb ho kar faut shuda namazo ke yaad hone or waqt me wus'at ke ba-wajood  namaz waqti shuru'a kar dena ya koi farz ek baar padh kar fir usi namaz me imam ho jana to aysi halat me hanfi ko sare  se uski iqteda jaiz nahi or us ke pichhe namaz mahaz batil he.

lihaza agar zaid ko ma’loom hai keh shaf’ee imam mazhab e hanfi ke sharaait o faraaiz ki ri’aayat taharat o namaz men karta hai to uske peechhe namaz padhe  aur agar ma’loom ho keh ri’aayat nahin karta hai to iqteda na kare aur agar iqtida karli hai to phir se padhe aur agar yaqeen hai keh ri’aayat nahin kiya maslan dekh liya hai keh mazhab e hanfi men jo chizen farz hain un men se koi farz ada nahin kiya maslan chuthai sar ka masah nahin kiya sirf kuchh baal bhiga liya to aisi soorat men uske peechhe hanfi ki namaz nahin hogi Aisi namazon ko phir se padhna zaid par farz hai.

Isi tarah Usko is tarah samajhen misal ke taur par ek hauz ya talab se wuzu karna hai ab hanafi mazahab ke manane wale ke liye zaruri hai wah hauz ya talab dah dar dah ya us se bada ho tabhi uska wuzu hoga agar dah dar dah se chota hai to wuzu nahi hoga lekin shafai mazahab ke manane wale ke liye dah dar dah hona zaruri nahi us se chote hauz ya talab ke pani se us ka wuzu hojayega ab agar shafai imam us chote hauz ya talab se wuzu kar ke namaz padhaye to hanafi muktadi ki namaz nahi hogi isi tarah aur bhi jo masail hain un me agar imam masaile hanafi ki riayat karega to namaz hogi agar masaile hanafi ki riayat nahi karega to namaz nahi hogi.

Hanfi ko hanfi imam ki iqtida karni chahiye keh ye afzal hai..

Mazhabe Islam Me suar(pig) khana haram he or uska gosht post, khun, haddi, baal, pasina, thuk, wagairah Pura badan or usse kharij hone wali har chiz napak he or is ma'ana kar suar se nafrat karna iman ki pahechan or momin ki shan he. Lekin kuchh log jihalat ki wajah se iska naam bhi zaban se nikalne ko bura jante he. Yaha tak ki baaz nire anpadh gawar yah tak kah dete he ki jisne apne muh se suar ka naam liya, chalis din tak uski zaban napak rahti he.

Kisi buri se buri chiz ka bhi burai ke sath naam lena bura nahi he. Haañ agar koi kisi buri cheez ko achcha kahe, haram ko halal kahe to yah yaqinan galat he balki buri cheez ki burai bagair naam liye ho bhi nahi sakti. Shaitan, iblis, fir'aon, haman, abulahab, or abuJahal ka naam bhi to liya jata he. Ye ho ya or dusre khuda w rasool ke dushman vo sabke sab suar se badarja badtar he, balki iblis, firaon, haman or abuLahab ka naam to quraan me bhi he or quraan padhne wala unka naam leta he..

Khulasa yahi he ki suar ka naam lekar uske bare me hukme shara'a se aagah karna hargiz koi bura kaam nahi, khwah masjid me ho ya gaire masjid me, wa'az me ya takrir me ho ha guftagu me. Aakhir Qura'an me bhi to uska naam kai jagah aaya he, kyuki arbi me jisko khinzir kahte he usi ko Hindustan wale suar kahte he, to agar namaz me vahi aayate tilawat ki gai jinme suar ke haram farmane ka zikr he to uska naam namaz me aayega or masjid me bhi..

Ab Zara Quran Dekho Kya Kehta Shayad Unko Ankh Khul Jayie
قَاتِلُواْ ٱلَّذِينَ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَلاَ بِٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلآخِرِ وَلاَ يُحَرِّمُونَ مَا حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ وَلاَ يَدِينُونَ دِينَ ٱلْحَقِّ
مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلْكِتَابَ حَتَّىٰ يُعْطُواْ ٱلْجِزْيَةَ عَن يَدٍ وَهُمْ صَاغِرُونَ }

Jis geet ke bare puchha gaya hai vo yaqinan kufr he. Jo is ko padhte hai ya khud voh status par rakhte hai vo kafir aur murtad hai. Tamam nek aamal Barbad ho gaye. Is par farz hai k fauran bila takhir tauba kare aur Kalma padh kar phir se musalman ho aur tajdid e nikah kare(ehteyatan, kyu ki aulma e Kiram ne farmaya k bivi ke fufr se nikah batil nahi hoga) aur tajdid e baiat kare..

Is ki vajah ye hai k is sher me apne mahboob ko khuda ka sharik man kar uski pooja yani uski ibadat ka qasd kiya.. Aur kisi ko layaq e ibadat samjhna ya kisi ki pooja karna yaqinan ye shirk hai aur Islam ke pahle kalima hi ka inkar hai..

Kya Chori ki bijli se E-Riksha charging kare or usse zaid ne jo paise kamaya vo kya he or us paise se jo khana pina he vo kya he ?

E-Riksha se uski kamai halal he. Lekin bijli ki chori karna jaiz nahi baise gunah he. Uski kamai se khana pina bhi durust he.

_Hazrat Ali Ala Nabiyyina W Alaihis salam, is tarah likhne ke ta'alluk se Huzur Faqihe Millat Alahir Rahma Taherir Farmate he,_

Imam husain alahis salam kahna jaiz he ya nahi ? Ye mas'ala mukhtalif fiya he jamhoor aulma ka mazhab ye he ki isteqalaalan w ibteda'an jaiz nahi he, or itba'an jaiz he. Yaani imam Husain alahis salam kahna jaiz nahi, or imam husain ala nabiyyina w alahis salam jaiz he.

Isse pata yahi chalta he ki hazrat ali ala nabiyyena w alahis salam likhna jaiz he. Jiska ma'ana hota he hamare nabi or hazrat ali par salamati ho.
