Naat khwan ka ya Mukarrir ka is niyyat se na'at ya wa'az karna ki us par use ujrat milegi, ya Use pata ho ki na'at ya wa'az karne ki ujrat milegi in soorato me uska wa'az ya na'ata parhna or Ujrat lena  najaizo haram w gunah he.

Agar ujrat ki shart par parhna halal ho jaye to us ki soorat ye he ki Qura'a or huffaz hazraat ko mukarrara waqt maslan koi din hafta me ya ghante maslan subah se das baje tak apni khidmat me ya kaam ke liye mukarrara ujrat jis par fariqain raazi ho, ajeer banale, to utne waqt ke liye ye hazraat naukar hoge or apne aap ko paband banana wajib hoga to ujrat par rakhne walo ko haq hoga ki vo jo khidmat un se chahe le, unhi khidmaat me se milad khwani w Qura'an khwani bara e isale sawab falañ bhi hogi, is soorat me dena zaroori or lena jaiz hoga kyu ki ab unki zaat se munafa'a par ijrah he, ta'at w ibadat par nahi he,

Asl ye he ki ta'at w ibadat par ujrat lena dena (Siwa e ta'aleem Qura'an azeem w uloome deen w azano imamat wagairaha ma'adoode chand ashya'a ko jin par ijrah karna muta'akhireen ne bina chari w majboori banazre haal zamana jaiz rakha) mutlaqan haram he, or tilawate Qura'ane azeem bagarze isale sawab w zikr shareef millade paak Huzur  ﷺ zaroorate manjumla ibadat w ta'at he to un par ijrah bhi zaroor haram w mahzoor.

Or ijrah jis tarah sareeh aqd zaban se hota he, urfan shart ma'aroof a ma'ahood se bhi ho jata he, maslan parhne parhane walo ne zaban se kuchh na kaha magar jante he ki dena hoga vo samaj rahe he ki kuchh milega. Unhone is taur par parha unhone is niyyat se Parhaya, ijrah ho gaya, or ab do wajah se haram huva, ek to ta'at par ijrah ye khud haram, dusre ujrat agar urfan mu'ayyan nahi to us ki jahalat se ijrah fasid, ye dusra haram.

Pas qarar daar kuchh na ho na huva lain dein ma'ahood hota ho to ba'ad ko bataure sila w husne sulook kuchh de dena jaiz balki hasan hota he.

Ahsan ki jaza sirf ahsan he or allah ta'ala ahsan karne walo ko pasand farmata he.

Magar jab ki is tariqa ka vaha aam riwaj he to soorate saniya me dakhil ho kar haram mahaz he, ab us ke halal hone ke do tariqe he: awwal ye ke qabl qira'at parhne wale sarahatan keh de ki ham kuchh na lege parhane wale saaf inkar karde ki tumhe kuchh na diya jayega, is shart ke ba'ad vo parhe or fir parhane wale bataure sila jo chahe de de, ye Lena dena halal hoga.
